The future is here! Its surely almost the future, even according to the movie “Back to the Future”. What Lexus showed up today, if its really a working Hoverboard, it will at least make us feel we are in future. Check out the very interesting video inside.
Today Lexus created a promotional site to show up its Hoverboard. Lexus calls it SLIDE. Before anymore into check the video.

Lexus did not released any details, did not commented on media request. So, there is absolutely no details, other then this few sentence –
THE HOVERBOARD
The Lexus Hoverboard uses magnetic levitation to achieve amazing frictionless movement.
Liquid nitrogen cooled superconductors and permanent magnets combine to allow Lexus to create the impossible.
And in the video nobody really rides it, just puts the foot on it. So, there is a reason, that its either a series promotion, or the “thing” is not even a working prototype.
Whatever it is, for all futurist and Back to the Future / Hoverboard lover at least its something. Lets hope for the best, lets keep dreaming to get our own usable Hoverboard in our lifetime.
